ภาพรวมของงาน
ตำแหน่งนี้อยู่ภายใต้ Digital Impact Section ของ UNICEF Asia Pacific Regional Office (APRO) โดยมีหน้าที่สนับสนุน Country Offices ในภูมิภาคเอเชียและแปซิฟิกด้าน Digital Foundations และ Digital Guardrails รวมถึงให้คำแนะนำและการประกันด้านเทคนิค เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานด้านเทคโนโลยี สถาปัตยกรรมระบบ Cybersecurity และ Digital Risk Management ของ UNICEF
หน้าที่หลัก
1. Digital Foundations และ Guardrails
- สนับสนุนการนำ Cloud Services, Cloud-native services, Modern Workplace และ Network Infrastructure มาใช้ใน Country Offices
- สนับสนุนการดำเนินงานด้าน Cybersecurity, Information Security และ Digital Risk Management
- ประเมินความต้องการด้าน ICT, Cloud, Data และ AI
- ให้คำแนะนำและ Technical Assurance ด้าน Cybersecurity, Privacy, Data Protection, Interoperability, Accessibility และ Scalability
- สนับสนุนการจัดทำและใช้ Long-Term Arrangements (LTAs) และกลไกการจัดซื้อด้าน ICT และ Digital Services
2. Digital Governance, Coordination และ Capacity Building
- สนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพด้าน Digital Foundations, Cybersecurity, Data Governance และ Emerging Technologies
- สนับสนุนการอบรม การแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ และ Communities of Practice ระหว่าง Country Offices
- ตรวจสอบและให้ Technical Assurance สำหรับ Business Process Automation
- ให้คำแนะนำด้าน Digital Fundraising Platforms, Solution Architecture, Data Management และ Cybersecurity
- ประสานงานกับ HQ, Country Offices, UN agencies และหน่วยงาน/พันธมิตรที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. Digital and Data Solutions
- วิเคราะห์ Business Requirements และหาโอกาสในการ Process Improvement และ Automation
- ออกแบบ พัฒนา และดูแล Business Applications, Workflows และ Analytics Solutions
- ใช้เครื่องมือ เช่น Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps และ Power BI
- ให้คำแนะนำด้าน Solution Architecture, ICT, Data, Technology for Development (T4D), Integration, Cybersecurity และ Data Management
- สนับสนุนแพลตฟอร์มต่าง ๆ เช่น RapidPro, ODK, HOPE, UNICARE และ Learning Passport
- ดูแล Websites, Microsites, SharePoint, Teams และ Knowledge Management Platforms
- สนับสนุนการจัดซื้อและการพัฒนา Digital Solutions ร่วมกับ Supply, HQ และ Country Offices
คุณสมบัติ
การศึกษา
- ปริญญาโทด้าน Digital Transformation, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology Management, Business Administration หรือสาขาเทคนิคที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ประสบการณ์
- มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Management และ Business Operations ในองค์กรขนาดใหญ่ องค์กรระหว่างประเทศ หรือบริษัทขนาดใหญ่
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Software Development และ IT Project Management
- มีประสบการณ์ในการออกแบบและนำ Technical Solutions ไปใช้กับโครงการขนาดใหญ่
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน .NET, MS SQL Server, PHP, MySQL และ SharePoint
- มีความรู้ด้าน IT Infrastructure, Servers, Virtual Machines และ Active Directory
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านใดด้านหนึ่ง เช่น ICT Project Management, Business Analytics, Information Security, ICT Audit & Risk Management, Telecommunications, Networking หรือ Software Engineering & Programming
- หากมีประสบการณ์กับ UNICEF, UN หรือ INGOs และการนำ Technology Solutions ไปสนับสนุนงานด้าน Health, Nutrition, Child Protection หรือ Education จะเป็นประโยชน์
- Open-source, Mobile และ Emerging Technologies
- T4D/ICT4D และการนำ Digital Solutions ไปใช้ในประเทศกำลังพัฒนา
- แพลตฟอร์ม RapidPro, mSupply, DHIS2, ODK และ Digital Public Goods
- การประสานงานกับ Government, Academic Institutions, Research Organizations และ Private Sector
- Software Programming, Quality Assurance, Product Ownership, GitHub และ DevOps

💵 สิทธิประโยชน์และเงินช่วยเหลือสำหรับอาสาสมัคร ประกอบด้วย:

➡️ เงินก้อนเมื่อสิ้นสุดการปฏิบัติงาน (Exit Lump Sum): 120 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐต่อเดือนที่ปฏิบัติงาน โดยจ่ายเมื่อปฏิบัติงานครบตามสัญญา
